2. Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes server logs and technical connection data to deliver the site.

3. Waitlist

If you join a product waitlist (for example Noise37 or Noise44), we store your email address through Resend, tagged to that product’s waitlist segment, to notify you about updates for that product. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form. You can request deletion at privacy@k-level.xyz.

4. Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load:

• PostHog (EU cloud): page views and custom events such as button clicks. No session replay. IP addresses are not stored.
• Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated, privacy-oriented usage statistics.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Essential operation

Displaying the site, language selection, and theme preferences are necessary for operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and object under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
