How do I request a refund?

For Time Study, Ultimate Kanban, and Battle Sleep (Google Play), refunds follow Google Play policies.

Where is my data stored?

Each app has its own privacy policy. Battle Sleep uses an account so challenges and the world board can sync. Sleep screenshots stay on your device. Extracted sleep fields go to our database, and screenshot reading uses Google Gemini. Time Study stores missions, voice message transcripts, and day reports locally (optional Gemini analysis only if you run Reflect). Ultimate Kanban stores task data locally.

Does Time Study send my voice somewhere?

Voice messages are transcribed with your phone’s speech recognition; Time Study stores the text on-device. If you run Reflect with Gemini configured, that day’s transcripts and mission plan may be sent to Google Gemini for the summary. See the Time Study privacy policy for details.

What if Gemini or Scout is offline?

For Time Study, transcripts remain on-device if reflection fails. For Ultimate Kanban, Scout falls back to built-in questions and local summaries when the Scout proxy is unreachable.
